Confidentiality survives contract termination.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Timely feedback
  • Supplying required credentials or assets
  • Ensuring legal compliance of content uploaded to your website/app

Our Responsibilities:

  • Delivering work as agreed
  • Communicating timelines
  • Maintaining quality standards

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may integrate APIs or third-party services (Stripe, Firebase, AWS, etc.).
We are not responsible for downtime, failures, or policy changes by these providers.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide services as-is, without warranties unless otherwise agreed.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • 100% bug-free code
  • Profits, business outcomes, or traffic increases
  • Compatibility with undocumented third-party system changes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability in any claim will not exceed the total fees paid for the project.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services if:

  • The other party breaches the agreement
  • Payment is not made
  • Work becomes impossible due to external circumstances

Upon termination:

  • Work completed to date must be paid for
  • Access to deliverables may be revoked until payment is received
